2007 Boston Catholic Men’s and Women’s Conferences
Exhibitor Registration
At the Boston Catholic Men's and Women’s Conference, many attendees become motivated to learn more about Catholicism & Catholic Organizations in order to live out their faith more fully. We allow exhibitors primarily so that Conference attendees have many options in which to take a further step in the practice of their faith.
We have an application process for exhibitors. We want to ensure that
all groups are established organizations, in good standing with the Church. We
also have some limits on the number and type of exhibitors we can allow – so
it is critical that all exhibitors fully complete an application. Please
see below for deadlines.
We strongly encourage our exhibitors to schedule follow-up meetings after the
Conferences in which they can explain their organizations more fully to the
Conference attendees that they’ll meet at the Conference. We are
happy to promote these follow-up meetings in our programs and our website.
There is a form on the Exhibitor application that allows Exhibitors to note
the time, date, location and topic of the follow-up meeting.
All exhibitors will be approved for participation in both the Men’s and Women’s Conferences since we will setup the Exhibitor space only once. We realize that some exhibitors may only want to participate in one of the Conferences (e.g. A Men’s Ministry program might only want to participate at the Men’s Conference).
