2007 Boston Catholic Men’s and Women’s Conferences
Overall Registration – Opens November 7, 2007
Registration for the 2007 Boston Catholic Men’s and Women’s Conferences will open on (November 7, 2007). Seating for the 2007 Conferences will be based on the timing of registrations – the earlier one registers for tickets, the closer their seats will be to the stage.

Parish/Group Pre-Registration – Opens October 10, 2006
We
are allowing parish and other groups (with orders of larger than
10 adult tickets for each Conference) to pre-register in October.
All of these pre-registration orders will be booked on November 7,
2007 in order of largest to smallest. So that means that the
largest group orders in October will have the best seats.
Why are we allowing parish/group pre-registration?
We received great feedback from 2006 attendees that attended the Conferences in large parish groups. Many attendees commented that they met fellow parishioners for the first time and were able to establish new friendships. In some cases, parish men’s or women’s groups were founded on the way to or from the Conferences.
So we hope that by allowing this pre-registration process at discounted prices, that a higher percentage of attendees will come with fellow parishioners or in larger groups/carpools. We also hope that we are providing a service to parish captains by providing large group discounts in order to allow parish captains to provide a reasonable all-in price that might include bus transportation.
What are the benefits of parish/group registration?
- Great seats – Groups that pre-register in October are guaranteed seats closer to the stage. The largest groups will get the best seats when we book the orders on November 7.
- Great prices – We are offering SIGNIFICANT discounts to the large groups that order tickets in October. There are price breaks for 25 tickets, 50 tickets, and 100+ ticket orders.
- Meet/organize parish/group transportation – Attendees
that have traveled together in groups to the 2005 and 2006 Conferences state
that the experience of meeting fellow parishioners on the way to/from the
Conference positively added to the Conference experience.
Important Notes
- All parish/group orders will be invoiced on November 7.
- Tickets will be mailed after payment is received
- Parish captains will be allowed to “mark up” the discounted tickets within their parishes to include a bus/carpool fee.
- Note: tickets will NOT be namebadges this year – namebadges will handled separately.
